Upload Size Limit for PDF.co Files (beta)

PDF.co Files storage can permanently store PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, and images securely for re-use in PDF.co. Uploaded files are limited for use with PDF.co only with specially protected URLs. This storage provides the highest availability and speed when used from the API without having to use 3rd party services to process the reusable files. However, upload limits are in place to prevent abuse of the system by trial users.

Currently, the file upload limit for PDF.co Files storage is set at 1MB for all users. This limit is in place to prevent trial users from overloading the system with large files and causing delays for other users. However, for paid users and some specific use cases, the limit can be increased slightly upon request. You can contact PDF.co’s support team to request a higher file upload limit. The support team will manually review the request and may increase the limit based on the user’s needs.
